Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports hereby invites sealed tenders for sales of the following Vehicles
2. A set of tender documents in English or Sinhala may be purchased by interested tenderer on the submission of a written application to the Shroff at “Accounts Division, 2nd floor, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, No. 09, Philip Gunawardana Mawatha, Colombo 07” from 25.04.2025 to 14.05.2025 From 9.00hrs to 13.00hrs on office working days upon payment of the non-refundable fees stated in the above table. Relevant refundable payment also should be paid to the same place before submission of the tender document.

3. After receiving the tender documents, the vehicles can be inspected at Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, No-9, Phillip Gunawardana Mawatha, Colombo-07 during office hours from 25.04.2025 to 14.05.2025
4. Tender should be marked “Tender for purchase of vehicles” “Lot Number” on the top left corner of the envelop cover.
5. The sealed tenders may be sent by registered post to the address of “The Secretary, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Procurement Division, 03rd Floor, JR Jayawardhana Center, No-191, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo-07” or delivered by hand before 12.00am on the 15.05.2025 and placed in the tender box kept at the same address. They will be opened by the bid opening committee in the procurement Division of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Tender received late will be rejected.
6. Bidder or authorized representative may attend the tender opening.
